He leads the Transportation, Infrastructure & Communities practice at Global Public Affairs and co-manages the Ottawa team.

Philip's expertise lies in developing and executing government relations and corporate development strategies across various transportation sectors such as rail, air, and marine.

Having worked with a diverse range of clients including airlines, rail companies, port operators, and technology firms, he offers valuable insights on regulatory, legislative, and policy matters.

Philip has a strong background in governmental operations, having previously worked at the Privy Council Office in different secretariats before transitioning to the private sector.

He is actively involved in several professional organizations, serving as a Founding Board Member of the Canadian Advocacy Network and Chair of the Ottawa Chapter of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport.
