Petty Z. Goodman is a skilled corporate and real estate paralegal with over 20 years of experience in managing various real estate and corporate matters, which include the establishment of charitable trusts, tax-exempt status applications for nonprofit entities, and ensuring compliance with state and IRS regulations. She possesses expertise in real estate transactions, finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and reviewing title documents and ALTA surveys.
