Led the strategic development and execution of national and customer path-to-purchase activation programs for Kimberly-Clark within an integrated Agency team format. Efforts were focused on the Adult Feminine Care and Family Care Business Units.

Co-designed and implemented a unique service model to facilitate improved national and customer team connectivity, along with greater strategic and digital team focus.

Partnered with the Kimberly-Clark Shopper Marketing Center of Excellence to design and execute quarterly seminars with the goal of elevating Client/Agency team expertise in strategy, digital utilization and plans preparation.

Created an initial corporate branding and operations strategy for a new South African business services organization. Developed and implemented the positioning strategy, corporate identity and target affinity programs for a new commercially sponsored place-based medium; which resulted in the successful sale to a major communications organization.

1987-1990: VP Group Director and Interim Research Director for all consumer brands within the Chicago office.
1990-1992: Senior Vice President, Cheil Bozell, Seoul ROK. Part of the Bozell-Samsung joint venture team; built agency billings from US$ 7million to over US$ 35 million in less than two years.
1993: Completed final year of overseas contract as Regional Director of Strategic Planning for Bozell Asia-Pacific. Standardized and grew the practice for all offices within the region.
