Peter Spinella

Peter Spinella is a highly experienced and accomplished real estate broker licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Florida. Peter holds an extensive background in developing and implementing a Cradle to Grave REO brokerage for his banking clients as a contract broker for several national lending institutions. His full-service management of distressed properties includes leasing, rehab, cleaning, legal issues, and brokerage. Peter has also garnered extensive experience relocating small businesses to new retail sites, negotiating the purchase of multiple shopping centers for clients, and consulting on transactions involving thousands of acres for development. He has transferred over 150 million dollars in real estate for his clients, and his expertise in contract negotiations, asset management, distressed properties, and 1031's has been sought by lawyers, Cpa's, lenders, and the Governor of Rhode Island.

Peter Spinella is a past president of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors and former director of the State Association of Realtors. He completed his studies at Our Lady of the Lake, the University of Rhode Island, Verona High School, and FEMA, and remains an active member of several organizations, including Rhode Island Urban Search and Rescue TF1, Governor's Regulatory Review task force, and Verona Rescue Squad Inc.
