Megan Creecy-Herman
President, West Region at Prologis
Megan Creecy-Herman is the President of Prologis' West Region, overseeing a substantial portfolio of 250 million square feet across key markets including the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, and more. She leads a team of 220 professionals and is responsible for the business performance metrics within this region. Megan joined Prologis in September 2018 and has held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for the West Region from May 2020 to October 2023.1
With over 20 years of experience in the development, acquisition, and leasing of office and industrial assets on the West Coast, Megan has a notable background in commercial real estate. Prior to Prologis, she worked for Liberty Property Trust for six years and spent a decade at EJM Development Co. She holds a B.S. in Real Estate from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona.1
Megan is recognized for her leadership in the industry, having served as the first female President of the NAIOP Arizona Chapter and as a member of the NAIOP National Executive Committee. She has received multiple accolades, including being named one of the "Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate" by AZRE and receiving the "NAIOP Developer of the Year" award.1
