Peter Muench

Peter Muench is a seasoned professional who specializes in assisting technology companies in developing real estate strategies conducive to growth, recruitment, and employee retention.

With a background in office leasing and sales, Peter has successfully completed various projects for notable firms like Kabam Games, Axiom Zen, Clio, Blackbird Interactive, Indochino, East Side Games, Buyatab, Procurify, and Chimp.

His recent engagements include securing a 105,000 SF pre-lease for Kabam Games, setting up a 21,000 SF head office for Axiom Zen, managing a 46,000 SF renewal and expansion for Clio, among others.

Peter Muench's academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a M.A. Hons. in Economics from the University of St. Andrews.

Currently serving as the Vice President at Colliers, Peter brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, previously holding roles in research and office leasing at the company, as well as interned at The Fraser Institute.
