Specializing in brokering commercial leasing transactions across a diverse range of assets, Adam has an impressive track record, having successfully completed over 250 leasing transactions in the past 5 years.

Adam has played a pivotal role in several renowned leasing campaigns in Melbourne, such as repositioning and leasing projects for significant developments on behalf of notable clients like AMP Capital, Dexus, and Mirvac.

His professional achievements include being recognized as the 2017 DEXUS Office Agent of the Year - Australia winner and a finalist in the 2018 edition.

Adam's areas of expertise encompass pre-commitment leasing, asset refurbishment and repositioning, sub-leasing/lease assignment, lease negotiation, landlord representation, market insights, future building trends, and tenant engagement strategies.

Educationally, Adam completed a Master's degree in Property and a Bachelor's degree in Property from the University of Melbourne after graduating from Carey Baptist Grammar School in the Class of 2005.
