ScM Peter Mattson

Dr. Peter Mattson is an accomplished Emergency Medicine Resident with a passion for MedEd initiatives, global health research, and leading transformative projects. His interests lie at the crossroads of emergency medicine, health disparities reduction, informatics, sustainability, and medical design. Dr. Mattson aims to drive innovation in healthcare delivery and systems design as a physician and researcher. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and ScM in Population Medicine from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Additionally, he has a background in Economics, Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Middlebury College. Dr. Mattson has been actively involved in various organizations such as LAC + USC Medical Center, Emergency Medicine Residents' Association, and The HealthCORE, showcasing a diverse skill set and leadership roles in healthcare, education, and research.
