Before his tenure at YouDecide and Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs, Peter Marcia led the employee benefits divisions at Hobbs Group, LLC in Atlanta and O'Neill, Finnegan & Jordan in Boston. His extensive experience in strategic business unit leadership has shaped his career in the employee benefits sector.

Actively engaged in professional associations, Peter Marcia has contributed to organizations like the National Business Group on Health, New England Employee Benefits Council, and the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers. He has also been involved with Wellness Councils of America and the Society of Human Resource Management, demonstrating his commitment to the industry.
