First product manager for FOX+, an OTT service by Fox Networks Group Asia. I am the product owner for core features like: player, content discovery, search and offline viewing. 

These features span across 6 platforms: iOS, Android, AndroidTV, tvOS, Web and Roku. I work in a cross functional team to launch and iterate the product across 4 markets: Singapore, Taiwan, Phillipines and Hong Kong.  We have reached more than 4 million downloads and the app is frequently featured on both Apple Appstore and Google Play store.

Product Manager, SVOD Digital

Cinnamon (Cinnamon.is) is a social and AI apps startup. The company received $1.5 million in funding from CyberAgent Ventures, TBS Innovation Partners, Incubate Fund, and Golden Gate Ventures.

As head of product, I led a team of engineers, designers and marketers to hunt for product/market fit. Together we created engaging apps like Koala Chat (photo messaging app) and TUYA (3s video social network) that achieved more than 25% DAU/MAU with 10-15 minutes session duration.
 
What I do:
Manage the marketing team responsible for customer development to plan and execute go-to-market strategies and determine user feedback channels.

Design and implement experimental prototype with the help of the engineering team to reduce risk and resources involved in finding problem/solution fit. I also taught myself the basics of swift programming to quickly iterate the prototypes. 

Prioritize features in product roadmap based on user feedback and metrics. I organize engineers and designers around problems for bottom-up solutioning. 

Define and monitor business metrics. I lead discussions with stakeholders to build consensus around product direction and pivot opportunities.

Headed user experience team of the company. Led the UX team to provide consultation for clients like DBS (PayLah! and iBanking Redesign),  MediaCorp and SingTel 

Managed SGMalls, an island-wide shopping mall directory and deals app to focus on retention, engagement and acquisition. SGMalls was chosen by Apple as Best New App on Singapore iOS App Store in November 2013.
