Peter Leckman

Peter Leckman is a partner at Langer Grogan & Diver, P.C., based in Philadelphia, where he specializes in antitrust law, consumer class actions, and appellate work. He has a notable focus on the civil application of the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. His recent work includes significant antitrust litigation related to sports broadcasting, notably achieving a $4.7 billion jury verdict against the NFL regarding its Sunday Ticket package, which addressed consumer overpricing issues.12
