Peter Kinash CPA (CA) ICD.D

Peter Kinash is a seasoned finance professional with a wealth of experience in the technology and software sectors. He is currently serving as the CFO and India COO at Replicon, the leading provider of cloud-based time tracking software. Prior to this, he held various executive positions at IntelliView Technologies Inc, Computer Modelling Group Ltd., EmberClear Corp., Chartwell Technology, and Wi-LAN Inc. He has also served as the Director at Wood's Homes, a non-profit organization.

Peter holds a B.Comm in Accounting & Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. He has also completed the Institute of Corporate Directors' ICD.D program. With his expertise in accounting, finance, and technology, Peter has helped Replicon to become a global leader in cloud software, serving customers across 70 countries.
