The firm was later acquired by Morgan Keegan in 2008, leading Peter to co-head the Morgan Keegan Technology Banking Group, overseeing a team of 50 for 3 years. Together, Revolution Partners and the Morgan Keegan Tech Group successfully closed 125 M&A and private placement transactions, some of which involved key technology players like IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft.

    In 2012, Peter founded Falvey Partners, aiming at handling high-value M&A deals exceeding $50 million and private capital raises surpassing $10 million for companies in the software and technology-enabled business services sector. His depth of experience and expertise in the technology investment banking realm has been further enriched by his educational background. Peter pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management at The Wharton School after completing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics at Hamilton College. His early education includes studies at Garden City High School.
