Peter Cobb

Peter Cobb is a successful entrepreneur and early-stage investor with a strong background in retail and technology. As the co-founder of eBags.com and 6pm.com, he played a key role in building these companies into leading online retailers of luggage and travel products. Under his leadership, eBags.com sold 36 million bags and garnered over 3.6 million customer reviews, earning recognition as Web Site of the Year by Multichannel Magazine six times.

In addition to his experience in ecommerce, Peter is a seasoned investor who has backed some of the biggest names in tech, including Alibaba, Uber, and Spotify. He is also a board member of Designer Brands (DSW) and has served on the advisory boards of Ranger Ready, PayPal, and eLynx Technologies. Peter's expertise spans marketing, creative, merchandising, business development, private label, public relations, international, and key strategic initiatives.

Peter holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Business/Finance from the University of Oregon. He has served as chairman of both the National Retail Federation (NRF) and the Travel Goods Association, and has been named Colorado Marketer of the Year and TGA Award winner in recognition of his exceptional service to the travel goods industry.
