Peter Cain is an expert in engineering team leadership, having devoted 20 years of his career to small and medium-sized technology businesses. With a wealth of practical knowledge on the subject, Peter has developed tools and processes to accelerate team organization, implement lean processes, and guide people through change. He has worked across a wide range of industries and technologies, delivering both products and services. As the founder of Anamosys, Peter provides targeted advice to businesses on how to put in place the necessary organizational, cultural, and process changes to enable them to scale and grow. He achieves this by applying his extensive experience in operational business change, coaching, and mentoring staff within a business, or filling the gaps with his expertise where required. Peter holds a BSc and MEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
