Virgin Media

Project Manager - Executive Program Management Office

Created and delivered a National Data Protection program for Nokia’s biggest R&D organization, for ~25,000 people. Supported and advised 11 business lines in 12 countries to comply with US Mobile Service Providers’, US National Security Agency and Chinese Government requirements.
Key achievements:
•	Built and led multiple world wide teams of altogether 40 people, across 11 business lines and ~140 products
•	Achieved outstanding results on 2016 external NSA audit by Deloitte. Overall Mobile Networks National Security Agreement level of compliance raised above 95% from 30%
•	Delivered multiple compliance projects for National Security Agreement and China Cybersecurity Law, such as:
•	R&D mode of operation, product development and product security process improvement project
•	R&D laboratories and IT tools sensitive information clean-up project
•	Data localization project

Transformation Program Manager

Worked as a Project Manager on Nokia’s Alcatel-Lucent acquisition of $17 billion with a synergy savings of $1 billion. Scope of the program was to design and implement the new operating model for the biggest Nokia R&D unit.
Key achievements:
•	Managed a comprehensive project of 11 sub-projects such as portfolio planning, R&D organizational structure, processes, tools and labs design, competence development with nearly 60 participants across multiple business lines, functions and countries all over the world
•	Established an integration planning and implementation with monitoring and tracking mechanism to meet synergy, headcount re-allocation, portfolio decision and onboarding targets for Mobile Networks
•	Designed and implemented a training project for ~7500 employees across 13 sites around the world

M&A Project Manager

Worked as a Product Owner to design and develop best in class platform-independent, progressive web-mobile application to innovate and digitalize Nokia HR processes of employees’ self-development, self-assessment, performance evaluation, career path evolution tracking and interviewing.
Key achievements:
•	Assembled and led an R&D unit of 5 professionals
•	Coordinated product release lifecycle and content management, roadmap creation including requirement screening, specification, prioritization and close cooperation with R&D product team as per Scrum Methodology
•	Managed internal customer expectations and requirements
•	Responsible for product release plan, managed resources and timelines

Product Owner

Tier 3 technical support for Nokia VNF manager, called Cloud Application Manager designed for lifecycle management of Nokia virtualized applications, such as TAS, IMS, FlexiNS MME/SGSN, FlexiNG SGW/ PGW/GGSN on VMware and OpenStack cloud environments. Working with R&D organization using Scrum methodology to improve product based on internal and external customer feedback.

Key achievements:
•	Planned and executed multiple Cloud Application Manager proof of concept projects and demos for customers
•	Provided onsite support in Finland, Hungary and South Korea for several customer deployments

Key responsibilities:
•	Tested new releases and features with integrated products across all Nokia business lines
•	Executed trainings on Cloud Application Manager for Tier 2 support teams
•	Installed and maintained OpenStack/VMware cloud environments

Technical Support Specialist

Established an educational program between Nokia and Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE) to improve the level of education, industry-university cooperation and Nokia ecosystem.

•	Planned radio expert group resources, planned and delivered maintenance activities

Technical Support Engineer

Worked in various projects in Germany, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. Built LTE cell phone sites for Vodafone Germany, commissioned and executed software upgrades in Croatia and Slovenia, provided on site management and quality performance checking for Vodafone Hungary during various projects.
