Sean Hogg

Sean Hogg is a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and IT. From starting in the customer service and provisioning department, he progressed to technical support and eventually became the Operations Manager at Vadtel Ltd. He currently manages the provisioning and service desks, among other aspects of the business.

With his strong background in all things Telecoms on a wide array of platforms and their associated versions, Sean is well versed in everything from the initial provisioning/ installation of services to the on-going maintenance/ expansion of a large customer base. He is also skilled in complex network setups, which have become increasingly relevant as IT and Telecoms continue to merge. In addition to his work experience, Sean studied Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons), Computer Games Design, 2.2 with Honours at Staffordshire University.

Overall, Sean is a solution-driven professional who prides himself on solving problems that save time, hassle, and money. He is constantly teaching himself new skills to better serve his customers, making him a valuable asset to any team.
