Pete Woodhouse is an accomplished technology, product, and operations leader with a distinguished career in large companies and startups. He is a seasoned CTO currently leading the Technology, Product, and Design teams at digital health and mental wellness startup, Sibly. His extensive experience in HealthTech, EdTech, and FinTech has made him an active advisor and consultant to numerous startups, where he leverages his vast knowledge in building products, teams, organizations, and businesses. Pete, who is also an active mentor at SCU's Miller Center, Plato and Scottish Development International (SDI), has led large teams (300+) and small, managing projects across multiple continents. His approach to management is based on agile methodologies, and he believes in the philosophy of "just enough process" as opposed to excessive process dogma. He prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with all levels and backgrounds of an audience. In his free time, Pete enjoys racing large sailboats.
