Peiru's professional journey began in the financial industry with Citi as a Management Associate and later in a private equity fund managing projects worth over 4 billion dollars.

Transitioning to entrepreneurship in 2010, Peiru successfully revitalized a struggling company, transforming it into a market leader through innovation and process automation.

Her insights on digital and business transformation have garnered attention, with features in respected publications and speaking engagements at prestigious events like the Singapore Fintech Festival.

Currently, Peiru leads KeyReply, a company focused on developing advanced AI solutions to enhance customer engagement and knowledge management for enterprises, with a specialization in conversational AI for the Healthcare and Insurance sectors.

Under her leadership, KeyReply has delivered notable implementations in areas such as telemedicine, health monitoring, and hospital operations, serving clients like AIA, Ministry of Health (Singapore), and Parkway Hospitals Group.

Driven by a vision to leverage technology for broader impact, Peiru collaborates with a dedicated team to empower healthcare professionals through automation, allowing them to prioritize patient care.

Peiru's educational background includes Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, a Valedictorian honor in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Entrepreneurship & Business from Nanyang Technological University, and Chinese Studies from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

She also excelled in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Computing during her high school years at Victoria Junior College.
