Pedro Baccarin

Pedro Baccarin is an accomplished agricultural professional with extensive experience in the strategic analysis and development of projects, as well as the monitoring of KPIs and the implementation of routines for the dissemination and management of indicators (BI). He studied Agronomy, Agricultural Entomology, and Rural Economics at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, and an MBA in Agribusiness at Universidade de São Paulo.

Pedro's exceptional career includes serving as Gerente de FP&A at Rizoma Agro and formerly holding positions like Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro, Gerente de Planejamento de Operações, Supervisor de Planejamento Agrícola, and Coordenador Administrativo Agrícola at Louis Dreyfus Company. He gained experience in research and agricultural development by working as an Agricultural Consultant, Consultant in Research & Agricultural Development, and Analyst of Intelligence and Information at Citrovita, where he previously worked as a Trainee. During his time at Embrapa, he also served as a Trainee. Pedro also had an active role as Director of Agronomic Projects at CAPJr - Consultoria Agropecuária Júnior.

Pedro's specialties are Business Plan, Business Intelligence, KPI's, Agricultural Planning and Processes, and Budgeting. He implemented and developed the System of Agricultural Indicators and has experience in GIS tools. Pedro also oversaw and monitored projects related to Precision Agriculture (Autopilot, Localized Application, and Georeferenced Inspection).
