Peacemaker Duke

Peacemaker Duke is a seasoned Built Environment Professional with a strong ability in initiating, managing, and troubleshooting issues within the Township Development Process.

With a background in BSc City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from UZ and a Master of Science (MSc) in Construction Project Management from NUST, Peacemaker Duke has a solid educational foundation.

Currently serving as the Leader of Contracting Administration in the Service Delivery Section, Peacemaker Duke excels in Town Planning, Township Establishment, Construction Project Management, Land Acquisition, Contracts Administration, and Real Estate Valuations.

Having held leadership roles at various organizations including Econet Wireless Zimbabwe and Intermaket Building Society, Peacemaker Duke is skilled in building, managing, developing, and motivating teams.

With experience as a Town Planner at Ruwa Town Council, Senior Planning Officer at the Ministry of Local Government, and a Town Planning Officer at the Department of Physical Planning, Peacemaker Duke brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any project.

Known for providing leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis, Peacemaker Duke is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, influencing the lives of many while maximizing profitability in the Built Environment.
