Pc Mary C. Parker is a dedicated individual on a mission to make a positive impact by pursuing an MA in Applied Theatre to help individuals affected by systemic oppression using theatre, improv, and comedy.
With over 12 years of experience in working with diverse communities, Mary focuses on fostering inclusive dialogues, organizational leadership development, and social justice consultation with a specific emphasis on anti-racism.
As the founder of Just Collaboration, Mary brings expertise in team-building, facilitation, and cultural awareness to create more inclusive work environments, although the business is currently on hold while she completes her Masters.
Mary is also skilled in various performance arts like improv, stand-up comedy, and Playback Theater, adding a creative dimension to her professional profile.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Emory University, a Professional Coaching Certificate from Duquesne University, and pursuing a Master of Arts at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Throughout her career, Mary has held roles in organizations like the Center for Equity and Inclusion, Point Park University, Carnegie Mellon University, Soliya, Pittsburgh Playback Theatre Inc, The Dinner Detective, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Black and White Reunion, and Coro Pittsburgh, showcasing her diverse experience and skills in coaching, facilitation, training, and community engagement.
