During his career spanning over 9 years, Pawel has led a team of 7 individuals, focusing on creating tailored solutions for enterprises and facilitating API integrations with government entities and third-party organizations. Additionally, his role in the senior leadership team involved defining and steering the company's overarching vision and strategic direction.

Pawel's educational background includes an MEng in Computer Systems and Software Engineering from the University of York. Currently, he is a key member of the co-founding team at Bequest, where he serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and technical prowess.

Prior to his current role, Pawel held several positions at reputable organizations, including Senior Software Engineer at Guardtime, Head Of Development at Ochresoft, Software Development Manager at Ochresoft, and various software engineering roles at both Ochresoft and CSC.
