Pavel Bilenko

Pavel Bilenko is an accomplished professional with a strong background in economics, management, IT, and finance. He studied Economic & Management at the Saint-Petersburg University of Railways and also pursued IT in building at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. Pavel has held prominent positions in various organizations, including serving as the CEO at Eastland Capital, JSC. Prior to that, he was the Head of the IB Department at Planet Capital and a Stock Dealer at MDM Bank. Notably, Pavel has also held the position of CEO at Empire Financial Holding.
