Pavel Bilenko has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering field, with a specialty in project management. He has completed successful manufacturing projects with companies from around the world and provided training for management teams at notable corporations such as Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and Russian Railways.

Bilenko has expertise in creating and developing corporate project management systems, transfer of international industrial technologies for import substitution, business development management, creating international cross-functional project teams, devising regulations for project management, development of project teams to achieve goals and accomplish tasks, and working with state corporations during the implementation of large-scale projects.

He has also gained experience in managing large-scale projects with an overall turnover of over 230 million USD and leading a team of 224 people to create an international industrial company for pumps and pump units manufacture that reached an annual turnover of over 122 million USD.

Bilenko has studied at various institutions such as Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, The Budget and Treasury Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Higher School of Economics, and RWTH Aachen University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Business Practice at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and has spoken at industrial international conferences.
