Pauly Suchy

Pauly Suchy is the Director for Startup Programs at the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), a role he has held since April 2018. His responsibilities include overseeing key startup and investor initiatives, such as the Global Business Angel Network (GBAN), Startup Huddle, and the GEN Starters Club. Suchy has played a significant role in organizing events like the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC), where top founders compete for funding and recognition on a global stage.14

With a background that combines psychology and entrepreneurship, Suchy has a unique approach to fostering community and economic development. He has previously directed various initiatives aimed at enhancing local entrepreneurial ecosystems, including organizing activities for Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) in Ohio.12 His experience spans multiple roles in community development and startup support, emphasizing the importance of connectivity within entrepreneurial communities to drive success.23

In addition to his work at GEN, Suchy is also involved as a Portfolio Manager at BRITE, Ohio's clean energy accelerator, where he helps startups secure investors and bring their technologies to market.1
