Paul Welding is a highly experienced tech company executive with a wealth of experience in both startups and Fortune 500 companies. Paul strongly believes that highly collaborative teams create better products in far less time making him an exceptional leader. Paul's key strengths include software R&D and operations management, having built and scaled high performance engineering teams and departments including Software Development, QA, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and cloud-scale software.

Paul's specialty lies in building and dramatically improving product development capabilities and processes, Agile software development, outsourcing, acquisition, international expansion, and distributed teams. He has held leadership positions in companies such as Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD), LogRhythm, DigitalGlobe, Sun Microsystems, Inc, and Compuware to name a few, and has spearheaded various successful ventures within these organizations with remarkable outcomes.

Paul is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science, and the University of Denver where he earned an MS in Finance and an MBA in Finance, General. Additionally, he has served as a committee member of the SVVSD Financial Audit Committee.
