Paul Sighinolfi is a highly-educated and experienced lawyer hailing from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he earned his Doctor of Law degree, and St Anselm College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from Trinity College. With his extensive experience and knowledge of law, Paul has made significant contributions to several organizations, including Ametros, where he serves as the Senior Managing Director.

Prior to Ametros, Paul served as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board at Maine Workers' Compensation Board, where he was responsible for conducting hearings, ruling on appeals, and overseeing various compensation-related programs. Additionally, he was an Attorney and Partner at Rudman & Winchell Law Offices, where he focused on workers' compensation, employment, and product liability cases.
