Paul Olenick

Paul Olenick is an experienced Product Management leader with a successful track-record in multiple industries. With over 15 years of expertise working across Enterprise Software, SaaS, Information Management, Office 365, Enterprise Search, SharePoint and Business Productivity, Olenick is passionate about gathering market insights and synthesizing them into data-driven product strategy.

Olenick has worked in numerous organizations in the past and is now Senior Product Manager at Atlassian, a collaboration software company that helps teams organize, discuss, and complete their work. Prior to this, he worked as Director of Product Strategy at AvePoint, a software company that offers management & migration solutions for SharePoint, Office 365 and Dynamics. He has also worked as Strategic Consultant, Sr. Product Manager, V-TSP at Microsoft, Principal Consultant, Developer / Consultant, Developer, Desktop Publisher, and Help Desk Operator in his past roles.

Olenick holds a Bachelor's degree in Jazz/Jazz Studies from Manhattan School of Music. He is an active thought-leader, published author, and international public speaker. He is known for his design empathy, building consensus, and getting things shipped.
