Prior to this, he served as a Senior Knowledge and Change Management Advisor at the Canadian Change Management Networking Group, showcasing his expertise in management consulting and collaboration/Web 2.0 technologies.

His extensive experience includes positions such as Independent Management Excellence Advisor and Researcher at Interdepartmental Knowledge Management Forum, where he focused on innovation and best practices.

Paul McDowall has also contributed his knowledge and skills as a Knowledge Management Advisor at Human Resources and Social Development Canada, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, and the Government of Canada.
