Paul Lim

Paul Lim is a well-respected industry expert with over 25 years of experience in retail, logistics, and supply chain, specializing in information technology, distribution operations, business development, and strategic management.

He began his career in 1988 in retailing with Isetan and has since worked with renowned multinational companies such as TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics, and YCH Group.

In 2005, Paul founded Supply Chain Asia, a prominent community that unites logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia for networking and learning opportunities, fostering knowledge exchange and community development.

Apart from his contributions to Supply Chain Asia, Paul Lim offers advisory and management support and engages in new initiatives related to logistics and supply chain management.

He serves as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Reebonz, a luxury e-commerce company based in Singapore, and is the majority shareholder of eComLog Network Solutions Pte Ltd (eNS), a logistics provider specializing in e-commerce and last mile delivery services.

Paul Lim holds an MBA with distinction in Retail Distribution from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Finance from the National University of Singapore.

Additionally, he possesses a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education issued by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

In his leisure time, Paul enjoys photography, particularly macro and landscape photography, as well as riding motorcycles. He currently owns a Kawasaki Z1000SX and a Triumph Street Triple R.
