Paul Lim

Paul Lim is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the retail, logistics, and supply chain industry. He has a diverse background covering areas such as information technology, distribution operations, business development, and strategic management.

Starting his career in 1988 with Isetan, Paul has held roles in major multinational companies including TNT Worldwide Express, EGL Global Logistics (now known as CEVA), Menlo Worldwide Logistics, and YCH Group.

In September 2005, Paul founded Supply Chain Asia, a prominent community that connects logistics and supply chain professionals in Asia to facilitate networking and knowledge-sharing.

Aside from his role at Supply Chain Asia, Paul provides advisory and management support for logistics and supply chain initiatives, serving as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Reebonz, a luxury e-commerce company, and the majority shareholder of eComLog Network Solutions Pte Ltd (eNS), a logistics provider specializing in e-commerce and last mile logistics.

Paul Lim is a distinguished alumnus of the National University of Singapore, holding an MBA with distinction from the University of Stirling in Scotland, specializing in Retail Distribution. He also possesses a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul enjoys photography, particularly macro and landscape photography, as well as riding motorcycles. He currently owns a Kawasaki Z1000SX and a Triumph Street Triple R.
