He co-founded KPRS Construction Services, Inc., which has become one of the leading experts in the construction industry, completing and billing over $2.5 billion of revenue. Paul is a knowledgeable person who has worked on a variety of projects, ranging from industrial and hospitality projects to tenant improvements, public works, and entertainment venues. He's known for continually building upon and developing management systems, techniques, and tools, focusing on consistency, efficiency, and accuracy while maintaining the necessary checks and balances for project operations.

Paul received a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, where he also taught for over ten (10) years in the engineering department. Paul is still active in producing estimates, construction schedules, and reviewing all types of construction projects.
