Paul's passion for entrepreneurship led him to join baby vc as a Bootcamp Lead in Germany, where he mentored and coached aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them refine their business models and pitch decks. This experience eventually led him to become an Entrepreneur in Residence at bunch, where he worked closely with early-stage startups, providing strategic guidance and support to drive their growth.
