Paul Jack

Paul Jack serves as the Chief Placement Officer for Lockton's UK and International operations, overseeing insurance placement strategies and managing global and local insurance carrier relationships.

With over 40 years of experience in various industry sectors and roles including claims, market placement, client service, and broking operations, Paul has a wealth of expertise in structuring complex insurance programs nationally and internationally.

He played a key role in the merger between Jardine Insurance Brokers plc and Lloyd Thompson Group plc and has actively contributed to product development and insurance program structures for clients and markets.

Paul Jack holds multiple leadership positions within Lockton, including being a member of Lockton's Global Leadership Group, Director of Lockton Overseas Limited, and Deputy Chairman of Lockton Re.

He also serves as a Director of the London and International Insurance Brokers Association, Placing Platform Limited, and Insurance United Against Dementia.

Since joining Lockton in 2007, Paul has been instrumental in enhancing client service and business retention, reflected in Lockton's top-ranking by StrategicRISK's UK Corporate Insurance Buyers Survey for 'client responsiveness' and a remarkable 96% client retention rate.
