Paul Galant is a renowned senior business leader with an impressive background in financial services and technology. With a track record of driving significant growth and value creation, Paul has held several CEO and business-head roles at leading institutions, managing global businesses with budgets of up to $18B+ and 40K+ FTEs. Paul's expertise in payments, consumer credit, merchant acquiring, transaction processing, e-commerce, platform services, and capital markets has informed all of his work. He was recently Chief Executive Officer of Brightstar Corp. and an Operating Partner at Softbank. Additionally, he has served as a public CEO at Verifone and Citigroup Institutional and Consumer Bank divisions.

As CEO and Board Director at Verifone, Paul transformed the company from a declining legacy hardware company to a services-platform company delivering omni-payment and commerce solutions. There he helped clients grow new sales and reduce costs, creating and realizing Verifone's vision of becoming clients' most trusted, secure, and innovative payments/commerce solutions tech partner, and set/executed the strategy of enhancing client service and generating high-margin recurring revenues. As CEO, Enterprise Payment at Citibank, Paul built a business that overcame digital economy's competitive/balance sheet challenges. He also led teams that designed, marketed, and implemented global B2C and C2B digital payments solutions to help grow the world's largest enterprises.

Before Citibank, Paul served in three other CEO roles at Citi (Citibank NA & International Credit Cards & Merchant Acquiring, Global Transaction Svcs, and Cash Mgt) and had business head roles at leading institutions. He has a BS from Cornell (Philip Merrill Presidential Scholar) and has served as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and Director of the Board of Directors at Vivint Smart Home. Currently, Paul is the Operating Partner at M.Klein & Company / Churchill Capital.
