Paul DiPaola is a seasoned strategy, innovation, and change consultant with a specialization in process design and corporate transformation efforts. He is recognized as a thought leader in design and change methodologies, having contributed to global projects such as those by the World Economic Forum. Paul holds a Master Black Belt certification with a focus on innovation, scenario planning, and process design. He has received an inventor award and has a patent pending for a strategic net-loss projection process.
