He is the Owner and Chief Headhunter of The Couture Group, Inc., a renowned Executive Search and Consulting firm specializing in recruiting RF Engineers and Government Contracts Professionals.

Paul has a successful track record of assisting clients in recruiting specialized engineering talent, resolving government and commercial contract challenges, and securing government contracts.

As an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University since 2003, he has been instrumental in teaching Contract Management and Business Skills, guiding students towards NCMA Certifications.

With a rich background as a Career US Army Chemical Officer and Procurement Officer, Paul brings a wealth of international and domestic experience to his roles.

His leadership in various consulting engineering companies has seen him develop new business, oversee operations, and ensure profitability.

An active member of the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) for 35 years, Paul has held key roles such as Professional Advocate, Past President, Education Chair, and Treasurer within the organization.

Paul has a strong focus on recruiting Engineers and Contracts Professionals for Consulting Engineering, Aerospace Defense, and Manufacturing companies, leveraging his vast network and expertise in the field.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Bacteriology from the University of Connecticut.
