Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter, a highly educated lawyer with extensive legal and managerial experience, has established herself as a top-tier partner of the Carter O'Neill Legal firm. With a degree in English, Philosophy, Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney, Carter went on to obtain an LLB from the University of Technology Sydney, followed by a Legal Practice Management Course from the College of Law.

Carter began her career as a paralegal at several well-regarded law firms, including McMullan Solicitors, Amanda Porter, 11 St James Hall Chambers, and Pavuk Legal before landing her first professional role as a Solicitor at GP Legal. She worked her way up the ranks and eventually became a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor Director at the same company. Carter's talents and expertise led her to be offered the position of Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee and Business Law Committee Member of NSW Young Lawyers.
