Having pursued an MA in Human Resources at Seton Hall University and a BA in Psychology and Business Management at Drew University, Paul Cocja has a strong educational foundation to support his professional expertise.

Throughout his career, Paul has held key positions in renowned organizations, including Vice President, Head of HR US at Novartis Pharmaceutical Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at Celgene, and various directorial roles at Schering-Plough/Merck and Allianz Inc/Firemans Fund Insurance Company. His specialties include international human resources, M&A experience, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organization design, and HR leadership and management.
