Paul Chen

Paul Chen is a corporate lawyer with a background in international business and management consulting, holding a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Corporate and Securities Law from New York University School of Law.

He has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Williams College, and has also attended programs at Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Paul has a deep passion for technology and innovation, specifically within regulated industries like Insurtech, Fintech, Healthtech, Telemedicine, and Life Sciences, aiming to enhance customer experience and drive growth for companies and entrepreneurs.

With a career spanning across renowned organizations, Paul Chen has held positions such as Partner in the Corporate division at Mayer Brown, DLA Piper, and Dewey & LeBoeuf.

Previously, he served as the Head of M&A and Strategy at Namtai Technology and Electronics, bringing his expertise in corporate, finance, and strategy as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

His experience also includes an Associate role in the Corporate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.
