Paul A. Hay is a Jamaican national with a diverse professional background in the construction industry.
Currently residing and operating in Jamaica, he is the founder and current partner at PHC Projects, a facility management consultancy established in 1998 and based in Kingston offering strategic facility planning and project management services in the Caribbean region.
Following a brief stint as a teacher, Paul transitioned to architectural roles with experience as an architectural draftsman, architect, and project coordinator in the public sector working with international agencies and consultants.
In the private sector, he led design teams in an architectural firm before establishing his project management consultancy.
Paul also contributed as a part-time lecturer in building services for architecture students and was actively involved in the development of Jamaica's Energy Efficiency Building Codes.
