Previously, she led a vendor oversight team for Citi Cards and Risk Fraud Operations and drove process improvements using Lean principles as a start-up program manager for an IT team.
Prior to her role at Citi, she held management positions at Sabre, Inc. focusing on service design, process improvement, financial analysis, and contract administration, where her audit controls identified significant unreported revenues.
Before Sabre, Ms. Doughney spent a decade at American Airlines supporting various internal systems, implementing system upgrades, and leading projects like the Senior Traveler coupon book that generated substantial revenue.
She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with outstanding project, risk, and time management skills, known for her strategic planning, collaboration, leadership, and ability to execute effectively.
Ms. Doughney pursued an MBA Certificate at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and holds a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
She currently serves as the SVP of Institutional Clients Group at Citi.
