Patrick Stonelake

Patrick Stonelake is the CEO of BuildOnMe, a ServiceNow Ventures-backed software startup focusing on insurance industry solutions. He joined BuildOnMe as an advisor in July 2019 and became CEO in September 2019.2 With a background in management consulting, software development, and design, Stonelake brings extensive experience to his role.

Previously, Stonelake was the co-founder of Fruition Partners, a leading ServiceNow integration specialist.2 After selling Fruition Partners in 2015, he served as the Chief Customer Officer at DXC's Global ServiceNow Practice.2 His career in the ServiceNow ecosystem began in 2007, during which he has advised numerous customers, built and sold a strategic services company, and developed ServiceNow-based software offerings.2

Stonelake's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from the University of Notre Dame.2 He aims to leverage the ServiceNow platform for the insurance industry, particularly in areas like Claims and Underwriting. His mission is to harness the power of ServiceNow for business technology and customer service, transforming critical processes across various industries.2

In December 2024, Stonelake attended the Writer AI Leaders Forum in San Francisco, indicating his continued involvement in emerging technologies.1 His experience also includes roles at organizations such as The Northern Trust, Kimberly-Clark, and Johnson and Johnson, where he provided expertise in Asset Management and ServiceNow implementations.2
