Patrick Simons is a seasoned real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in various aspects of the industry including development, project management, market intelligence, asset management, economics, and acquisitions. With a track record of over 60 projects nationwide encompassing more than 12,000 residential units and substantial retail space, Patrick has excelled in both hands-on roles and leadership positions within major corporations.
As the founding principal of Strategic Property Economics, Patrick has also provided consulting services for over 100 projects across the country, involving nearly 24,000 residential units and a significant amount of retail space. His expertise spans organizational leadership, strategic planning, deal structuring, economic and market analysis, risk evaluation, development and project management, asset management, and dispositions.
Patrick Simons holds a Master's in Real Estate Development with an Emphasis in Urban Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, both from the University of Southern California. He also completed his diploma at Mater Dei High School. Throughout his career, Patrick has held key positions in prominent organizations such as The Hoffman Company, Bandwidth Project Management, Western National Group, Sares-Regis Group, Atherton-Newport Investments, LNR Property Corporation, JPI Companies, and KB Home.
