Adam Claydon-Platt is a seasoned business professional, entrepreneur, and investor with over fifteen years of experience working in Japan. He is the COO and Director of Global DX Inc., an organization aimed at accelerating digital transformation (DX) in Japan by making cross-border collaboration accessible. Previously, he served as the COO of Rainmaking Innovation Japan, where he helped growth-stage startups enhance their market-entry and business development strategies in Japan.

Adam has diverse expertise in multiple industries, including recruitment, renewable energy, venture capital, and startup ecosystems. He has been investing in solar and wind farms since 2015 and in startups since 2018, contributing to the realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Furthermore, Adam has co-founded SAN Consulting, HelpAnother, and the Osaka chapter of Startup Grind. Additionally, he has been an organizer for Kansai Angels, a community of business leaders and investors.
