Patrick Kelly, AICP

Patrick Kelly is an accomplished land use planner whose diverse skill-set in community and economic development has made him a valuable asset to the public sector. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Urban & Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University-Northridge, his robust educational background is matched by his extensive experience in the field. He has held numerous positions within the public sector, including Planning Manager at City of Modesto, Principal Planner at City of Modesto, Senior Planner at City of Ontario, and currently serves as Director of Planning and Building for the City of Mill Valley. He is an expert in current planning, entitlement review, and zoning administration, as well as long-range planning, policy development, and implementation. Mr. Kelly also possesses a wealth of knowledge on CEQA, California Planning Law, and Subdivision Map Act implementation.
