Paul Jensen is an accomplished Community Development Director, who has served in multiple roles throughout his career. He brings extensive experience in land-use planning, environmental policy, and community development processes. His most recent position is with the City of San Rafael, where he serves as the Community Development Director. Previously, Paul worked as the Planning Manager and Community Development Director for the same city. He has also run his own business as a Sole Proprietor for Policy/Environmental Planning. With his breadth of experience, Paul has become a specialist in local government development policies and practices, including zoning ordinances, development entitlement review, and environmental review processes. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University.
