Patrick Kelahan

Patrick Kelahan is a seasoned consultant and building appraiser with experience in insurance claims, risk analysis, and environmental events. With years of experience in hazardous materials abatement management, estimating practices and training, property claim appraisals, construction and building methods, and consulting, Kelahan is an excellent communicator and customer service advocate. He has the skills to bridge the gap between technical expertise and claims expertise, and he excels at providing guidance in compliance with regulation. As an InsurTech observer and customer experience defender, Kelahan is always looking for ways to improve the impact he has on customers, peers, and the community. With a BS in management and an MBA in management from State University of New York at Buffalo and University at Buffalo Graduate School of Management, Kelahan has the knowledge and experience to provide valuable insights into insurance claim improvement, subrogation analysis, and virtual work groups. When he is not working, Kelahan is involved in multiple organizations such as Engagement Network, Ten C's Project, and the Newfane Central Schools as a Trustee, Board of Education.
