Patrick Gannon

Patrick Gannon serves as the President Emeritus and a member of the Board of Directors at the Downtown Sarasota Condominium Association (DSCA). He is also the Chair of the Greenspace Committee, which focuses on enhancing green spaces within the community. Gannon has been actively involved in local governance and community issues, including serving as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee, where he oversees management and strategic initiatives for the high-rise condominium complex on Sarasota Bay.123

In addition to his roles within the DSCA, Gannon has been recognized as a local community leader, representing over 30 condominiums and more than 2,300 units within the association.4 His leadership has been instrumental in addressing various community concerns, including homelessness and urban growth.3
